At the Pickle Chick we make our chocolates, brittles, caramel, truffles, and novelty items by hand, from scratch, inside and out, the old-fashioned way. 

When you walk in the door, you'll be greeted by the wonderful aroma of freshly made candy or you might even see us cooking it on the stove!

Once you taste our candies, you'll discover why making it from scratch makes the difference. If there is something that is not made completely from scratch, we let you know up front so there is no confusion.
